Traitpedia is a collaborative database aimed to collect binary traits in a tabular form for a growing number of species. Traitpedia can be accessed from http://cbdm-01.zdv.uni-mainz.de/~munoz/traitpedia. Supplementary data are available at Bioinformatics online.
