Résumé

We present an unusual case of a 72-year-old patient with a concurrent aortic arch pseudoaneurysm and right diaphragmatic hernia, who was successfully treated using an aortic endovascular stent and diaphragmatic repair via uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
