Résumé

A multidisciplinary approach has been state-of-art in the treatment of advanced head and neck cancer. With the recent development of anti-cancer drug, the importance and role of chemotherapy in multidisciplinary treatment is increasing. In this article, we outline the evidence of induction chemotherapy and palliative chemotherapy for advanced head and neck cancer except in areas of chemoradiotherapy and immuno-checkpoint inhibitors.
