Résumé

Cluster of differentiation 151 (CD151) is a potent therapeutic target for regulating tumor metastasis. In the present study, the role of CD151 in clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue was examined using a xenoplanted tumor model, which had high rates of metastasis. A clear cell sarcoma cell line, HS-MM, which was transplanted to the aponeuroses of the thighs, the most affected sites of human clear cell sarcoma, exhibited robust lymphatic invasion and nodal metastasis in SCID-beige mice.
