We compared arterial stiffness after glucose intake in active and inactive elderly people with impaired glucose tolerance and clarified whether physical activity was associated with arterial stiffness after ingestion of glucose. Twenty older adults with impaired glucose tolerance were analyzed in a cross-sectional design.
