Regucalcin plays a pivotal role as a suppressor of human carcinogenesis, and downregulation of regucalcin expression may contribute to the promotion of human osteosarcoma. Overexpression of regucalcin suppressed the proliferation of Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cells
