Ameloblastic carcinoma (AC) is a very rare malignant odontogenic tumor. Although surgical resection is generally performed, treatment approaches have not been established for recurrent cases. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are positioned as adjunctive therapies, and few studies investigated definitive non-operative therapy.
