A population pharmacokinetic analysis of continuous infusion (CI) meropenem was conducted in a prospective cohort of febrile neutropenic (FN) patients with hematologic malignancies. A non-parametric approach with Pmetrics was used for pharmacokinetic analysis and covariate evaluation.
