This study aimed to prospectively evaluate, on a long-term basis, corneal side effects secondary to compassionate administration of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor depatuxizumab mafodotin (ABT-414) in patients affected by EGFR-amplified recurrent glioblastoma.
