Tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome due to a phosphaturic tumor, which overproduces Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 (FGF-23), causing hyperphosphaturia, hypophosphatemia, low 1,25(OH)
