Résumé
Transcatheter mitral valve replacement represents an innovative interventional technique for implanting a new mitral prosthesis without surgery. Although technical success is high, post-procedural issues and complications may occur. This report emphasizes the importance of considering alternative cardiac pathologies that may be seen post valvular interventions. (
