We welcome the readers of Harefuah to the following issue that deals with the research and clinical practice that was carried out in this challenging year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the high hospitalization rates throughout the country in these times, our clinicians found the spirit to continue and conduct their research activities. The following issue presents the essence of the good clinical practice along with interesting research outcomes.
