Résumé

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the origin, implementation and functioning of electronic medicine as a modern way of providing medical services in Ukraine and the world, by studying and summarizing the existing array of leading, domestic and foreign scientists and scientists. The diversity of concepts of e-medicine, e-government and e-document management system is analyzed, on the basis of which the author's definition of these concepts is given, based on own understanding of this term, from the standpoint of theoretical and legal analysis and modern challenges of society. The main electronic medical systems of Ukraine are researched and analyzed. Identified the top 10 benefits of implementing electronic medicine. It is concluded that e-medicine will allow in a relatively short time to achieve a significant increase in the efficiency of health care facilities, improve the quality of treatment and diagnosis.
