Résumé

This study is to assess the glucose lowering activity of sakuranin in diabetes induced rats by streptozotocin (STZ) and nicotinamide (NA). Diabetic rats were treated sakuranin for 45 days (20, 40, 80 mg/kg) by orally. Sakuranin (80 mg/kg body weight) was normalized the changes of abnormal blood glucose plasma glucose and plasma insulin levels.
