Résumé
In the present work we have developed two hierarchical nano-architectures based electrochemical immunosensors for the detection of interleukin-8 (IL-8) cytokine tumor biomarker. A comparative study has been performed for spatial nano-architectures and their relative sensing to establish the model for real time monitoring. With the first platform, the recognition layer consisted with immobilised IL-8 on aminothiol modified gold electrodes.
