Résumé

To explore the effect of humanistic care combined with predictive nursing on the negative emotions and incidence of cardiovascular events in hemodialysis patients. A total of 90 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from December 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the study group ( After nursing, cardiac troponin I (cTn I) level, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores, and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores in the two groups decreased, and the scores were lower in the study group than the control group ( In the process of hemodialysis, the application of humanistic care combined with predictive nursing to hemodialysis patients can significantly decrease the cTn I level, reduce the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.
