Résumé
Leriche syndrome is a relatively rare atherosclerotic occlusive disease characterized by total occlusion of the abdominal aorta and/or both iliac arteries. The typical clinical manifestations of Leriche syndrome include intermittent claudication, fatigue, and leg pain. We present the case of a 56-year-old man with Leriche syndrome accompanied by an infectious abdominal aortic aneurysm. 18 F-FDG PET angiography/CT and 18 F-FDG PET/CT provided important information about the thrombus and infected sites.
