To develop an end-to-end deep learning (DL) framework to segment ventilation defects on pulmonary hyperpolarized MRI. The Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) study is a nested longitudinal case-control study in older smokers.
