Résumé

Hydrocephalus is a rare diagnosis and can be mistaken for dementia in elderly people. Symptoms such as urine incontinence, gait dysfunction and cognitive impairment may be reversible with appropriate treatment. We herein describe a 55-year-old man with a partial obstructive hydrocephalus due to a pineocytoom compressing the aqueduct.
