Résumé

Chemotherapy-induced alopecia (CIA), one of the most dramatic side effects of chemotherapy, occurs in approximately 65% of patients receiving cytotoxic drugs. We report the case of a patient, 64 years old, affected by chemotherapy-induced alopecia treated with oral minoxidil with good results. Our case may be useful in the literature to propose a new therapy for this pathology that is fundamentally very difficult to treat.
