Résumé

The goal of every rhinoplasty surgeon is the creation of both a functionally and aesthetically pleasing nose. The lateral crura resting angle is a key concept that has recently emerged, we believe that it should always be taken into consideration to achieve a satisfactory result. In this paper, we describe a novel technique: the resting angle suture, the idea for this suture comes from the inversion suture used to correct ectropion deformity in lower eyelid surgery.
