Sinapine thiocyanate (ST), an alkaloid existed extensively in seeds of cruciferous plants, exhibits a number of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory and anti-malignancy properties. However, it is still unknown what effects and molecular mechanisms ST has on colorectal cancer (CRC).
