Résumé
Thanks to their outstanding mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in physiological environments, titanium and its alloys are broadly explored in the field of intravascular devices. However, the biocompatibility is insufficient, causing thrombus formation and even implantation failure. In this study, inspired by the functions of endothelial glycocalyx and the NO-releasing of endothelial cells (ECs), a biomimetic coating (TNTA-Se) with three-dimensional gel-like structures and NO-catalytically generating ability was constructed on the titanium surface. To this end, the titanium alloy was firstly anodized and then annealed to form nanotube structures imitating the three-dimensional villous of glycocalyx, followed by the preparation of the Cu
