Hyperactivity of the urease enzyme induces the pathogenesis of peptic ulcers and gastritis. The identification of new urease inhibitors can reduce the activity of urease. Therefore, in the current study, we have evaluated 28 analogues of triazolothiadiazole and triazolothiadiazine heteroaromatics for their in vitro urease inhibitory efficacy. All the tested compounds displayed a remarkable inhibitory potential ranging from 3.33 to 46.83 μM. Among them, compounds
