Résumé

To evaluate FTO concentrations in follicular fluid (FF) of women with ovarian endometriosis (OE) and controls women without OE undergoing FTO concentrations in FF were measured in 74 patients (37 in the control group and 37 in the OE group) by ELISA. We measured the expression of FTO in GCs of 40 patients (19 in the control group and 21 in the OE group) by RT-qPCR.
