Résumé

Mantle cell lymphoma is a rare disease that attracts the curiosity of clinicians and scientists due to its heterogeneous clinical behaviour, that can vary from indolent forms to the most aggressive presentations among non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The report by Eyre and colleagues describes the current treatment strategies available in most countries, and offers insights to clinicians for several intriguing difficult-to-treat scenarios. Commentary on: Eyre et al. Diagnosis and management of mantle cell lymphoma: a British Society for Haematology Guideline. Br J Haematol 2023 (Online ahead of print). doi: 10.1111/bjh.19131.
