Résumé
We report a case of ulcerative fungal esophagitis with elevated activity of 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-FAPI (fibroblast-activating protein inhibitor). Our findings suggest that ulcerative fungal esophagitis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cancer-like esophageal mass with increased 68 Ga-FAPI uptake.
