Résumé
1H-NMR metabolomics-derived biomarkers maltose, acetate, formate and lactate have excellent potential as predictive biomarkers for BV with an AUC of 0.97 (95%CI = 0.88-1.00), sensitivity of 0.90 and specificity of 0.95.
