The emergence of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdW) magnets provides a broad platform for studying the magnetic properties of low-dimensional materials in condensed matter physics. However, the intrinsic ferromagnetism of 2D materials is mostly observed below room temperature, and most of them are soft ferromagnetic materials.
