Résumé

Echocardiography is the first-line modality for assessing tricuspid regurgitation (TR). In addition to evaluation of the mechanism of TR, echocardiography can provide quantitative parameters of TR severity and assess hemodynamics. This case series demonstrates the importance of integrating multiple parameters in the evaluation of TR and the role of multimodality imaging. (
