Multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), and myelin oligodendrocytes glycoprotein-antibody disease (MOGAD) are distinct autoimmune demyelinating disorders characterized by varying clinical and pathological characteristics.
