Résumé

Metal complexes play a crucial role in photo-activated chemotherapy (PACT), which has recently been used to treat specific disorders. Triple-negative breast cancer has an enormously high rate of relapse due to the existence and survival of cancer stem cells (CSCs) characterized by increased amounts of glutathione (GSH). Hence, designing a phototoxic molecule is an enticing area of research to combat triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)
