Résumé

In a prospective cohort of antibiotic-associated delayed hypersensitivity reactions, key clinical characteristics and diagnostic discrepancies (in vivo and ex vivo) were noted between DRESS (RegiSCAR ≥4) patients and those with lower RegiSCAR scores (RegiSCAR 2-3) patients.
