Résumé
MYCN amplification predicts poor prognosis in childhood neuroblastoma. To identify MYCN oncogenic signal dependencies we performed N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) mutagenesis on the germline of neuroblastoma-prone TH-MYCN transgenic mice to generate founders which had lost tumorigenesis.
