The purpose of this study was to compare different methods of CBCT conversion respect to dose calculation accuracy. Twelve head and neck cancer patients treated with VMAT using simultaneous integrated boost technique were selected for the study. For each patient a planning CT (pCT), a control. CT acquired in the fourth week of treatment and a CBCT scan acquired on the closest day with the control CT were used.
