Naltrexone, an opioid antagonist primarily metabolized by aldo-keto reductase 1C4 (AKR1C4), treats pediatric conditions involving compulsiveness (e.g., autism spectrum, Prader-Willi, eating disorders, non-suicidal self-injury).
