Enzyme-responsive nanomaterials are emerging as important candidates for bioanalytical and biomedical applications due to their good biocompatibilities and sensitivities. However, the lack of promising operation platforms compatible with enzyme responsiveness greatly limits the scope and functionality of smart materials.
