Central nervous system methotrexate-associated lymphoproliferative disorder (CNS-MTX-LPD) is rare, but its spontaneous regression has been observed in some patients after withdrawal of agents. We herein report three cases of primary CNS-MTX-LPD that received oral MTX for rheumatoid arthritis.
