[The consensus on tertiary prevention of primary liver cancer (2022 version)].

In order to effectively prevent recurrence, improve the prognosis and increase the survival rate of primary liver cancer (PLC) patients with radical cure, the Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association organized the relevant experts to develop the consensus on tertiary prevention of PLC (2022 version), which based on domestic and international research progress on the risk factors, pathological and clinical features, prevention of recurrence of PLC, combined with the present actual situation in China. The purpose is to provide a current basis for the prevention, surveillance, early detection and diagnosis, the effective measures of PLC recurrence. 为了更有效地预防原发性肝癌根治性治疗人群的复发、改善预后、提高生存率，中华医学会肝病学分会组织国内有关专家，以国内外原发性肝癌复发的危险因素、病理基础、临床特征及预防研究进展为依据，结合现阶段我国的实际情况，制定《原发性肝癌三级预防共识（2022年版）》，为原发性肝癌复发的预防、监测、早期发现、早期诊断及采取有效措施提供重要依据。.
