Résumé

To explore the adaptative strategies of single-veined plants along the environmental gradient, we collec-ted leaves of 57 Pinaceae species (including 为探究松科单叶脉植物沿环境梯度的变异规律及适应策略,本研究在青藏高原东缘沿纬度梯度(26°58′—35°33′ N)获取了48个取样点内57个松科植物的叶片,包括冷杉属、落叶松属、松属和云杉属,测定叶脉密度、叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积等叶脉性状,分析叶脉性状之间的权衡及与环境变化的关系。结果表明: 叶脉密度在不同属间无显著差异,而叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积在不同属间差异显著;在不同属中,叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积之间均存在显著正相关关系,而叶脉密度与叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积之间相关关系不显著;叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积随纬度的增加而显著减小,而叶脉密度没有显著变化;年均温是影响松科植物叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积变异的主要因子,叶脉密度与环境因子的关系较弱。松科植物特殊的单叶脉结构,具有与网状脉等复杂叶脉结构不同的环境适应策略,其主要通过调整叶脉直径和单位叶片体积叶脉体积来适应外界环境的变化。.
