A minority of children experience significant graft dysfunction after undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for inborn errors of immunity (IEI). The optimal approach to salvage HSCT in this scenario is unclear with respect to conditioning regimen and stem cell source.
