Résumé

Cardiac transthyretin amyloidosis is an infiltrative cardiomyopathy with high mortality. To date, there are no specific biomarkers to directly assess disease activity and response to specific treatments. Our aim was to evaluate scintigraphic changes after treatment with the transthyretin stabilizer tafamidis.
