Résumé

Point-of-care testing (POCT) of morphine (MOP) without invasion of privacy is of critical importance for law-enforcement departments to realize on-site rapid screening. In this study, ultrasensitive and non-invasive screening of MOP residues in the fingerprint sweat was easily realized by stepwise Au decoration-assisted double signal amplification and antibody-saving strategies on lateral flow strip (LFS).
