Résumé

A 64-year-old patient developed an insensate progressive skin disorder on his left thigh three weeks after being run over by a tractor. A deglovement injury was diagnosed based on the clinical findings. After demarcation the necrotic skin was excised, and a split skin graft procedure was successfully performed.
