Résumé

Gasdermin D (GSDMD) is the common effector for cytokine secretion and pyroptosis downstream of inflammasome activation and was previously shown to form large transmembrane pores upon cleavage by inflammatory caspases to generate the GSDMD N-terminal domain (GSDMD-NT)
