Résumé

This study investigates the potential improvement of polyhemoglobin's protective properties by the addition of 3 synthetic enzymes (neo-carbonic anhydrase, neo-catalase and neo-superoxide dismutase) to polyhemoglobin after 90 and 180 min of warm in-vitro ischemia (100% Nitrogen at 37 °C). Following the warm ischemic shock, cell cultures were subjected to various treatment solutions: Controls; PolyHb; 3 neoenzymes; PolyHb + 3 neoenzymes; PolyHb + 2 neoenzymes.
