Résumé

Human resources management in the orthopedic practice has evolved dramatically in the past decade. In the setting of challenges such as the adoption of Electronic Medical Records, workforce generational differences, and economic pressures, we explore strategies to create and maintain a high-performing team. Employee retention, recruitment, and culture are explored, offering actionable insights to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency in the modern health care practice.
