Distillers' grains are rich in protein and constitute a high-quality source of various bioactive peptides. The purpose of this study is to identify novel bioactive peptides with α-glucosidase inhibitory, antioxidant, and insulin resistance-ameliorating effects from distiller's grains protein hydrolysate.
