TARDiS is a novel phylogenetic tool for optimal genetic subsampling. It optimizes both genetic diversity and temporal distribution through a genetic algorithm. TARDiS, along with example datasets and a user manual, is available at https://github.com/smarini/tardis-phylogenetics.
